After a stressful day working in the office at last I’ll be having my first vacation this week. I was so excited and very happy because for the first time this week I’ll be having my break and I will spend it with my family and my nephew.

When I was on my way back home, I saw a store selling different candies, sweets, cookies and chocolate. All of the kids like are there. And it comes to my mind that those are the favorite food of my beloved nephew. Then I went inside and bought some.

Every time I went home, I always bring my nephew candies and chocolate because they really loved it. And they asked it too. Candies and chocolate is really one of the best foods to experience since they are kids.  And even me, I also love to eat this sweet and colorful candy. They were very happy when I gave my presence to them. Until they got toothache because of the candies that I brought, so I decided to go to my friend who’s a dentist in Costa Mesa.

He advised “not to eat too much of those foods, since it is sweet, it contain sugar that can easily make your tooth damage or worst you will undergo implant crown procedure if it gets bad”.  He also added that “brushing every time you eat is the best thing to do to prevent toothache”. He was right, but then kids will always be kids. And Candies and chocolate will always be part of their life as a kid.
