# Part III Article 27- Promises equality before the law for all citizens.

 Penal Code 377 is a Homophobic Law which was made by former British Colonialists at 1860 & its still active when British Government had gone at 1947.Then Bangladesh was a part of Pakistan.That time the Pakistani Govt. didn't change that homophobic law.But now Bangladesh is a free secular country.Like other Muslim countries,Bangladesh isn't a conservative country.So,why aren't we changing that homophobic law?Penal Code 377 is violating our constitutional rights, basic human rights,civil rights.


So,why are we waiting for?Aren't we the 1st class citizen of Bangladesh?Aren't we human beings?Its the time to work together, its the time to change the society.So,we should to be united.
